This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns are handled and under what conditions refunds may be issued. Our goal is to make the process clear, fair, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • unassembled (if applicable)
  • complete with all original parts and accessories
  • in their original packaging
  • in fully re-sellable condition

Please repack the item with care. It must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • opened or used bioethanol fuel
  • items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • products damaged due to incorrect handling or installation
  • custom, made-to-order, or personalized items (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return
  • photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

We will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address (which may be our operational location or our warehouse partner, depending on the item).

 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was delivered
  • the product is faulty upon arrival

For heavy, oversized, or pallet-delivered items, return collection fees may apply.
We will advise the exact cost before proceeding.

 

Important Notes for Returns

1. Responsibility During Return Transport

You are responsible for the condition of the goods during return shipment.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds cannot be issued for items lost in transit or returned without proof of delivery.

2. Additional Delivery Costs

If you choose a return method that is more expensive than our standard return option, we are not required to reimburse the extra cost.

3. Inspection Upon Receipt

All returned items are inspected once received.
We will notify you whether the return has been approved for a refund or replacement.

4. Conditions That May Lead to a Refusal

A refund may be refused if the item is:

  • used
  • incomplete
  • not in its original packaging
  • in an unsellable condition

If these conditions are breached, the goods will be sent back to you with no refund issued.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • photos of the damage
  • photos of the packaging
  • your order number

This allows us to resolve the issue quickly with our warehouse or courier partners. If you do not contact us about freight damage within the above-mentioned timespan, we are not obligated to refund and/or replace the damaged product.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 3–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item does not meet return requirements, a partial refund may be issued or the item may be returned to you.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Most orders are shipped the same day or the next working day (based on time of booking and payment acceptance), so cancellations must be submitted promptly.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process.
